Charted from the Grand Lodge on May 15, 1898, Bayonne Lodge No. 434 is one of 120 Lodges in the State of New Jersey.

As of April 1, 2003 Bayonne Lodge 434 was 180 members strong. Lodge meetings are the first & third Wednesdays of the month, with third Wednesday only during July & August.

The Lodge is located at 41 West 34th Street, a location occupied since 1905
